Yes, we are launching a free trial of the Z24 system.
After contacting us, we will prepare a test account, configure it according to your team's needs, help you import data and train you on the basics of working with the system. In this way, the tests take place in real conditions from the beginning.
Yes. The mobile application allows you to work fully without internet access.
The representative can collect orders, make appointments and log into the app offline as well.
All activities are recorded locally on the device along with the actual time and GPS position of their execution.
Synchronization of data takes place at the request of the representative when the synchronization button is clicked, and can also be automatically requested at the beginning and end of the work day.
After synchronization, all events are visible in the dashboard with the exact time and location where they were actually performed - regardless of when the Internet connection occurred.
Orders are automatically emailed to the distributor in the first place.
Unlike a regular mailing, the system shows whether the order has actually been downloaded - so you know it hasn't gone to spam or been missed.
If the order is not downloaded, the company administrator receives an automatic e-mail notification stating that it needs to be checked. We use only professional mail servers to distribute messages.
For companies that want full automation, integration via API is also available to forward orders directly to the distributor's sales system. The distributor can also confirm or reject the order with a reason.
Yes. Depending on the plan, it is possible to manually import data from Excel tables or fully automatically synchronize the database of products, prices and inventories.

The administration panel works through a browser on any computer or phone. Merchants can also place orders via a web browser (online), including on an iPhone.
